Our Cattle

From pasture to plate, we control every step. No shortcuts.

01

Pasture Raised

Our cattle spend their summers on lush pasture, grazing naturally. Through the winter they're fed high-quality grass and alfalfa hay. Slow, steady, and the way it ought to be done.

Finished with Grain

About three months before processing, our cattle are finished on a careful blend of non-GMO sunflower meal and barley with cracked field corn and soybean meal. That's where the marbling comes from.

Veterinary Care

Our cattle get proper care from day one. Calves are vaccinated at one month by a licensed veterinarian, and the herd's health is tracked closely from start to finish.
